Cuillin Traverse
Perhaps the finest mountaineering journey in the UK, we certainly think so. With a thin and airy ridge running for over 10km and taking in eleven Munro summits with pitched climbing, superb scrambling and abseils this a big journey. The Cuillin Traverse is done over two full days with an overnight high mountain bivvy. The Cuillin traverse is a real highlight of Scottish Mountaineering. Prices & Dates
We deliver all Cuillin guiding from April to October.
- PRIVATE - £1100 for 1 or 2 participants
- OPEN - £550 for 1 participant
- Highland Guides Ratio 1 guide to 2 participants for all Cuillin Guiding.
Private is availible throughout the summer please just specify your dates on the booking form.
Open runs every weekend throughout our guiding season.
Course detail
We deliver our traverse with a three day package. This means that we either take the best two weather days to make the traverse. Or from a valley base make three seperate scrambling days.
The traverse is done from South to North. Starting at Glenbrittle and finishing at the Sligachan. Upon booking we give extensive information on kit lists and advice for nutrition and hydration.
