Summit : The Mountain Track

Our summit route uses the summer mountain track starting and finishing at the Glen Nevis Visitor centre. This takes us to the summit and back in approximately eight hours. Although an easy track in summer winter creates a much more demanding ascent.

Ben Nevis Winter

The Uk’s highest mountain is a must do at any time of the year but especially when its covered in snow and ice during the winter months. During the winter the large and obvious summer path all but vanishes making the standard route up a much more serious venture. We offer guided ascents via the mountain track in winter teaching the essential skills for winter mountain travel such as the use of axe and crampons as we go. This is a long but rewarding mountain journey.
