WE deliver private guiding throughout the Highland summits in the winter months. This can be on tailored journeys that combine conditions, our experience and knowledge to create a plan for your trip or you may have your own personal objectives and ambitions which we would be happy to facilitate. We offer this across the Highlands with a focus on the Cairngorms, Torridon and the North West, Ben Nevis & Glencoe. Equipment is provided.
Skill : Winter Skills
We deliver comprehensive training on the essential skills for winter mountain travel as we go. This includes movement on snow and ice with ice axe and crampons. Winter navigation and also avalanche awareness and avoidance we would be happy to also coach.
Summits : Glen Coe, Cairngorms & NW
We offer a range of guiding in a range of areas such as the Cairngorms, Ben Nevis & Glencoe area, North West Highlands & Torridon. This can be either using our experience and knowledge to tailor a plan or we can guide your personal objectives.
Kit : What's Included?
We have a full winter kit list. In addition we offer ice axe, crampons, helmet, goggles along with a map and compass within your course fee. We can arrange the hire of winter mountain boots in Fort William should this be required.
