We take a deep dive into some of the problems which can happen on the cliff. Retreating, being stuck or having to evacuate due to an accident.

Escape the system, retrievable self protected abseil, retreat, lowering, hoisting & getting help.

We have a detailed Summer Kit List. We provide all but clothing. All hardware and ropes. Helmet, Harness and associated belay plate are included in the cost. First aid kit and safety gear is all provided by the instructor.

Problem Solving
For Climbers
The weather turns, the route didn’t go to plan or an emergency making for a complicated scenario. Our problem solving days look at a variety of techniques to get out of trouble and try to deal with the unexpected independently. Escaping the system, abseiling & hauling are all topics we can cover. This is a tailor made course and as such is discussed with you prior to booking to ensure the areas you want to cover.
