Cairngorm
Scrambles

The Cairngorms national park offers a wealth of great scrambling and climbing on rough granite. There are mountaineering routes of a levels from both introductory scrambles to harder routes. With both easily accesible high quality climbs in the Northern Corries and the more remote climbs of the Loch Avon basin there are some great options to suit experience, ambition and conditions.

The rough granite of the Cairngorms gives both easy access to scrambles and climbs in the Northern Corries to the wild and remote climbs and scrambles in the Loch Avon Basin and Larig Grhu.

Pygmy Ridge, Fingers Ridge, Angel Ridge, Fiachaill Ridge, Afterthought Arete, Ptarmigan Ridge & Final Selection.

We have a detailed summer kit list page. We are able to provide all technical hardware and group safety equipment.

Helmet and Harness are included in the course fee.
