AONACH EAGACH RIDGE

The classic Scottish ridge traverse offers a narrow, dramatic ridge line along the crest of the Glencoe skyline, providing one of the UK’s finest outings. Featuring a mix of scrambling and airy ridge walking, both in ascent and descent, this traverse is a superb adventure. While the climbing itself is never overly difficult, it can be tricky and often takes place in very exposed and consequential positions. Good hill fitness and a head for heights are all you need to enjoy this guided classic. We operate a ratio of one guide to two guests on this route.

Included in the course cost, we provide a harness, helmet, and belay plate. We also supply all the necessary hardware, ropes, a first aid kit, and other essential mountain safety equipment.
